FutureTV is founded by Bob Kulakowski, a serial Entrepreneur in the California high tech environment. Bob designed and developed the Verimatrix VCAS system and was co-founder of Verimatrix and CTO from 2001 through 2010. FutureTV’s UltraCAS Conditional Access System includes new and innovative security features from SecureTV's and provides extensive anti-piracy technology. SecureTV’s UltraCAS security system is Hollywood approved and is deployed in over 100 worldwide locations.
FutureTV includes a complete SMS or the IPTV+OTT system can integrate with third party Subscriber Management Systems (SMS). FutureTV’s SMS supports OTT, IPTV, and DVB services and meets the stringent Telecom Regulatory Authority India (TRAI) SMS reporting requirements. FutureTV’s MSO version includes MSO super-user capabilities allowing MSOs to manage hundreds of Local Cable Operators (LCOs).
